  2. Hello @all. Have a little problem with the new EDP 2.2 It works like charm after I replaced original DSDT with a modified one for the 1440er display. I thing it is based of 2.1er EDP, but I thing this does not matter. Problem is that allways, and ONLY, when I plug in a USB disk at boot, USBMSC sais: Non unique identifiere and I get "waiting for rootdevice" error. If i unplug USB disk and boot I do not have an problem. Can someone give me a hint where the problem could be? Should I set "wake on USB" on or offin BIOS? Thanks a lot. Simon
  3. There is a post somewhere earlier where one of the admins attached a modified DSDT for the 1440er display. I also use it with success.
  4. Hello. Same problem to me, so had it be fixed here? Do I have to turn Wake on USB on or off in BIOS? BT is off. I use EDP 2.2 with Chameleon 1650 (incl. iCloud fix). Have a D630 2,2GHZ, NVIDIA with 1440er display. Thanks a lot. Simon

  6. Hi. Have the same Problem with my CPU - great that I foundthe fix here Just one question: Is the CPU getting hotter after you changed settings in BIOS? Does the fan turn on more often? Thanks a lot. Simon
  7. Hello @all. I have a new D630, 2,2 GHZ Core2Duo, NVIDIA Graphics........and can not get him to boot. I have tried this manual and also a lot more which said to be working with the D630. Error Message is: Unable to find driver for this platform: ACPI...... IOPlatformExpert Can anybody held me? I am no totally newby. I had a D420 working great with 10.5 and a P5W DH Deluxe. Perhaps something with BIOS? I set AHCI for diskmanagement. Thanks a lot. Simon
