HI EMlyDinEsH, I have one issue with version 3.8.5 and my V4 Hardware with physical buttons. If I press right physical button once the system recognize it like if I press twice. Example pressing right button once on the desktop gives me the context menu but disappears almost immediately like if I had pressed twice. I hope I explain myself. Thanks you!!! Good Luck

If you have V4 hardware, change V4Hwhasphysicalbuttons option inside plist to YES. Good Luck

Hi EMlyDinEsH, first thank you for all the hard work, the new auto off feature is just awesome!!!, it works really great in my Asus G750JX. I like to report some issues I still have with the new 3.7 kext. Draggin.- The issue I have is related to dragging using the left physical button on the Trackpad (V4 Hardware). It behaves like the drag feature using touchpad tap. I mean it has the same timeout, If I do a drag using left physical button, and release the finger from the touchpad but keep pressing on the left button it´s supposed to maintain the drag (this is working dragging windows, but no dragging icon, selecting text) but is released instead after the timeout, like the touchpad drag feature. The drag using Left physical button no needs timeout, because as soon as you release the button the drag is over. Keyboard and touchpad lost after sleep.- This one is a little tricky, if I press some F Key a few seconds (maybe 1 or 2 seconds) after wake the machine from sleep I lost the keyboard and touchpad. If I press one of the F keys after 5 seconds after wake the machine from sleep everything works as it should. frame rate lagg on inertial scroll.- This one is a petition more than an issue, I feel the inertial scroll effect have some lagg, I feels like, it needs a little more momentum also. In the past with my Asus G74 I tried Rehabman´s Synaptics driver, and the inertial scroll effect worked great on the synaptics (too close to my magic mouse) . Hi EMlyDinEsH, Thanks for all your support getting this driver, I like to report one issue with this kext version 3.5 and V4 physical button text selection. If I press the left button and start to do some text selection when I reach the edge with the first finger move and without releasing the left button I make a second move on the touchpad to continue with the selection I get the text selection reset and start over again. I disable one finger tap to avoid the second move on the touchpad gets detected as left click but no luck. Only way to select this amount of text is enable left clic to release dragging. I hope you can help with this issue. And I also like to know how does the new keyboard backlight feature integrated in this version works, I mean I have keyboard backlight working but with the AsusNBFnKeys kext. What do I need to get this to work. Thank youu!!

Can you send me your system log and IOReg file, so i can take a look at your problem? Also how did you install the kexts? You need to remove my kexts before install as i have some changes to the kext identifiers in the new version so it may not work properly if you try to replace the kexts. It works for clicking. I don't get your problem, can you explain? Also there is a new mode for the v4 buttons in my next update which enables/disables the virtual buttons. If you disable the virtual buttons then it will work as only single Left button all over the touchpad in clicks. Sorry, I'll try to explain myself. I have an ASUS G750 laptop with an Elan touchpad at boot with your driver installed says is V4. This touchpad doesn't have any button in the touchpad area it has 2 physical buttons apart under the touchpad (like the old touchpad used to be) if I try to press left button to make primary mouse click it doesn't work, the same for right button press for secondary mouse click also doesn't work. But if I press left or right buttons and mantain press for draging it works. I hope you can understand my bad english. Thank you!!!

Please add support to enable v4 hardware physical buttons. I think your driver handles v4 hardware buttons as virtual that is why the do work for dragging but not for clic. As always keep the good work. Thank you!!!

the provided DSDT is not clean please provide a clean dsdt, boot in windows and extract your DSDT there.

The Efi string I give to you has all the needed info to inject so you can boot with GE=No, and yes this EFI string must be on org.chameleon.boot. I check your DSDT. Also check your Extra Folder, some modules can inject something else too and why are you using UseKernelCache= No????
