E6410: macOS Sierra does not completely shut down

I found it, turns out I accidentally checked the fix shutdown box in clover configurator, turned that off, and now looking at my DSDT for the fix to shut down -
E6410: macOS Sierra does not completely shut down

Thank you for the reply, I currently have everything in PM turned off, even darkwake set to 0, still refuses to turn off. (Also, nothing in sleep is preventing it from turning off) -
So I was able to get Sierra working on my machine, but I can't get it to power down correctly, it will shut down almost everything, but the power button will still stay lit. I remember encountering this issue before with all of the other versions of OSX that was put onto this machine, but I can't find any of the old E6410 threads to see how I solved this issue. Shouldn't be anything related to DSDT because it is setup the same way as the other OSX's I put on here, so it has to do with removing a kext, adding a modified text, or changing something in the power management settings to get it to shut down. Any help would be appreciated on this.

Looks like the problem kexts came back: remove AppleACPIPlatform and IOPlatformPluginFamily to get it working again

I apologize if this has been asked already, but I didn't see it in this thread. Does anybody else get the SD cards mounting twice? Does anybody know how to fix this?
