Why don't you try to update through the Update PrefPane instead? It worked perfectly and without issues on the 4 x Hacks I updated (all running with Clover r509x).

It is true that I updated via Combo Update.

When updating via System Preferences, it will reboot, it will only reboot a little longer but still the same

If still failed, then it's the DSDT issue. 

Press F4 at the Clover GUI, compress and attach the Origin folder here for patching

Make sure to use latest Clover as well

My laptop not patch Bios 32MB, just use IntelHDGraphicsDVMTFixup. WhateverGreen chang this.

U can share EFI, i use E7470 Skylake

I understand why. My old EFI uses IntelGraphicsDVMTFixup and does not change DVMT in the BIOS. When I reinstalled on a new hard drive, I changed the DVMT so the old EFI did not work. I have to reset the BIOS and use IntelGraphicsDVMTFixup to use macOS.
