get OS X running and able to boot from EFI partition on HDD. clover installer can't install itself to ESP, so i have to do it manually. but I still can't get audio working. I'm sure i installed DummyHDA.kext using kextwizard and fix permissions. Also EVERYTIME i successfully boot into OSX, my BIOS will change Optimus to disabled. So next time, when i reboot or shutdown->powerup, i have to go to BIOS and enable Optimus then reboot again to make everything working. couldn't figure out why ==== update: sleeping is not working. trying to switch to chameleon according to Jake's guide

Hi guys, I'm trying to use PCKeyboardHack on my E6520. But it doesn't work with the internal keyboard. The author told me that a third vendor keyboard driver such as ControllerMate may cause the problem (a modified driver in my case). PCKeyboardHack might be conflicted with it. So here's the question, what's the different between VoodooPS2Keyboard.kext and the vanilla keyboard driver? Is it possible to get PCKeyboardHack running?

Thanks guys! I have successfully install mavericks and it runs well. The problem i'm facing is that a utility called PCKeyboardHack doesn't work with internal keyboard. It works well with my wireless keyboard, but has no effect on my internal keyboard. Does this have something to do with the VoodooPS2Controller.kext? Is there any replacement to it? Thanks in advance

my USB installer stuck at: P-State Stepper Error 18 at step 35 in context 2 on CPU 0 and will go into a kernel panic after a long-time waiting. sometimes go straight into kernel panic also, what do i need to modify if i want to disable optimus? i don't mind whether sleeping works. but i have a linux installation and using bumblebee to support optimus is really a mess. ===== Updated: I generated a ssdt.aml using ssdtPRGen.sh and replace the one in the Extra folder. now i can see the language choosing screen. but another problem pops up i can move my cursor but i can't make clicks. while booting it says VoodooPS2Controller.kext loading failed. do i need to do some editing to make it work on my own laptop? ===== Updated: I deleted AppleACPIPS2Nub.kext, and now i can use the mouse normally. but the installation failed at about 18 min remaining, with no myhack window popping up. and my usb stick is broken now... it became read-only and there is no such switch on it. i guess i have to wait until i buy a new one
