elan v3 with sierra work good but no 2 or 3 fingers functions. only 2 fingers scroll . in preferences the pad has recognised as mouse but i can see also trackpad functions with explain images

Hi, i have a fastidious problem that i find any solution. I have an asus k53sc with elan touchpad, when i press right shift + canc the volume change to mute on/off. There aren't any shortcuts configured to do this
