FrankDaTank
Hello, I trying to install macOS Sierra on a Dell Latitude E5450 ( i5-5250 / 4 Gb / 128 SSD) according to the general guideline https://osxlatitude.com/index.php?/topic/8506-dell-latitude-inspiron-precision-clover-guide/ I'm able to boot succesfull from usb and install Sierra all the way. Every step i'm able to complete succesfully. After the last step i reboot and the system crashes and reboots again. I made a photo with the verbose logging active Does anyone seen this before ? Kind regards Frank
Administrators Hervé Posted November 7, 2017 Administrators Share Posted November 7, 2017 Check the IOGraphicsFamily patch in Clover's config file with CloverConfigurator tool, section Kernel & Kext Patches. It should be: Find: 01007525 Replace by: 010000EB25 and your config file may have the patch details of a previous OS X version in place.

Moderators Jake Lo Posted November 7, 2017 Moderators Share Posted November 7, 2017 If not, then look for this instead under kextToPatch and change it to what Hervé had or just disable it IOGraphicsFamily Find: 01007517 Replace by: 010000EB17
FrankDaTank
Hello, I figure it out. I've skipped some steps in your manual. I was able to boot succesfully from usb and therefor i copied only the EFI folder to the ssd disk. Then i was able to boot with cover direct from the harddisk. Thanks in advance for support and hard work in order to create the manuals. Regards Frank
