Alun
Hi I've added a DW1560 / BCM94352Z card to my E7470 hackintosh and it's not being detected. EFI attached (removed apple folder to reduce size, but happy to upload if needed), any help would be appreciated. Thanks EFI.zip
Moderators Jake Lo Posted September 3, 2018 Moderators Share Posted September 3, 2018 Boot to Clover GUI, press F4. Compress and attach /EFI/Clover/ACPI/Origin here for patching. Problem is when you update/change hardware/bios settings, you'll need to repatch the DSDT/SSDT

mefflecakes
Thanks Jake. WiFi device appears but won't turn on? Clicking turn on WiFi just flickers but doesn't look like it's doing anything.
Moderators Jake Lo Posted September 4, 2018 Moderators Share Posted September 4, 2018 run this, assuming wifi is on en1, change accordingly. Then reboot. networksetup -setairportpower en1 off networksetup -setairportpower en1 on If still not working, - Go to /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/ and delete these files: CaptiveNetworkSupport com.apple.airport.preferences.plist com.apple.network.eapolclient.configuration.plist NetworkInterfaces.plist - Go to System Preferences > Network, delete all connection. Then restart - Go to System Preferences > Network, add your connection again. Start with Ethernet, then wifi....etc

Administrators Bronxteck Posted September 5, 2018 Administrators Share Posted September 5, 2018 that should not affect booting. if you changed kexts then you might have to repair permissions and rebuild your caches. also incase you are running 2 EFI's make sure your booting from the correct one. or consolidate them to just 1 efi partition.
