Greetings,

Dell D630-X3100 (A17), BCM9431 "Dell" wireless, Snow 10.6.6, RC6 EDP;

Weird problem, airport icon shows up on desktop but is OFF, can't turn it ON via desktop or Sys.Pref network panel? Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Thanks Leon, i'm trying this as we speak...wondering if it's ok to run the Live CD, instead of the USB pendrive? If so, everything seems to be executing properly until the very last command, when I get a response "Operation not supported" Running LSPI, My card is branded (0c:00.0 Network controller [0280]: Broadcom Corporation BCM4311 802.11b/g WLAN [14e4:4311] (rev 01))

----> Linux results of the re-branding are below. Thanks and Kind Regards. ssprod
