Baio77
Tell me about OS and I'll pass EFI to you for your HW What Bios ?? just update it v1.10... Add this bootarg in config plist: Replace in EFI \ Clover \ Kext \ Other USBPort.kext with USBInjectAll.kext And that's it. EFI folder for Catalina with Clover r5119 available here. dmitryskakun
I am trying to install Catalina 10.15.5. Bios 1.10.0. 16GB RAM. Replaced USBPort.kext with USBInjectAll.kext. Now I have the error "in memory panic stackshot succeeded ..". Maybe some specific bios settings need to be done? And tell me what actions need to be done when the system is installed? I also have windows 10. I increased the EFI section to 200. On windows, by the way, the cooler is very noisy when idle, maybe you know how to fix it? Baio77
There are 3 ways to set the bios, try to set the Bios in all 3 available ways and in any case try to start the installation
Moderators Jake Lo Posted June 30, 2020 Moderators Share Posted June 30, 2020 @dmitryskakun you need to remove FakeSMC.kext. There's VirtualSMC.kext already. Use one or the other, not both.
dmitryskakun
delete FakeSMC.kext - the same error, delete VirtualSMC.kext - reboots.
Moderators Jake Lo Posted June 30, 2020 Moderators Share Posted June 30, 2020 try booting with arg until installation completes -igfxvesa In drivers/UEFI, remove: OsxAptioFix3Drv.efi //already have AptioMemoryFix.efi, use one or the other, not both SMCHelper.efi //use with FakeSMC.kext only
