Administrators Syonagar Posted July 16, 2012 Administrators Share Posted July 16, 2012 Dear Adam, So far our testing indicated that its most probably a nay even for nvidia models Cheers!

Administrators Bronxteck Posted July 17, 2012 Administrators Share Posted July 17, 2012 so far the d620nvidia will not give graphics acceleration, so things lockup terribly like launchpad and safari top sites... i didn't care to find out much more after that and it needs alot of old kext and kernel support. beeson76
What is the furtherest anyone has gotten with the D620 and Mountain Lion. It sounds like some (Bronxteck) has gotten it installed at least. I have gotten up to the Install Welcome Screen and 2 screens past it, but it was really slow. Mouse and graphics was really jumpy. As far as getting it installed, was there a certain way you did it, or was it the pre release instead of the Store release? What EDP did you use, or Extra? Just working on it out of curiosity on how far I can get. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Administrators Bronxteck Posted August 21, 2012 Administrators Share Posted August 21, 2012 it was a mess to get it to work somewhat and that was with extracting a bunch of intel video kexts from th 10.6.2 update for the gma d620 and the nvidia one was not much better as the kexts for that card are only 32 bit i had to use the DP1 kernel using it gave a Cra* load of errors at boot... it's been a whle sorry i cant be more thorough but it was really horrible.
