MrKaszka
Thank you for your help. I did the following: - using the EFI from the guide, I installed Big Sur - changed mlb etc. - I tried to upgrade to Monterey. When I try, the kernel panic pops up as in the attachment. Also clean install shows kernel panic
Moderators Jake Lo Posted March 1, 2022 Moderators Share Posted March 1, 2022 so the new EFI works on Big Sur, just not Monterey? You have the Intel Wifi?
MrKaszka
Exactly, Big Sur works perfect, Monterey not (except v12.0.1). No, i don't have the Intel WiFi. I have DW1520

Administrators Hervé Posted March 2, 2022 Administrators Share Posted March 2, 2022 No need for -lilubetaall boot arg either.
MrKaszka
Thank you for your help. Everything works now. Additionally, it turned out that the DW1520 has some weird problem with Monterey. After changing to AC7260 it works much better (and in addition, there is Bluetooth )
