Alphabet
Hi, I updated EDP this afternoon and since doing this, EDP now errors stating "Could not open input file: bin/edp.php" and I get a power off your machine message about 5 minutes or so after booting. Everything was fine before I ran the update...is there an easy fix or am I looking at a rebuild? I'm running Lion 10.7.5 on a Dell D630 with GMA 1280x800 graphics. Administrators Bronxteck Posted March 1, 2013 Administrators Share Posted March 1, 2013 try reinstalling edp with the edp installer and do a full install then build your model again before rebooting if possible if not try booting off of the installer pen back into lion and do the above. Alphabet
Thanks Bronxteck, finally got it going again using the installer pen...tried the "normal" re-install first but the machine locked up mid way through and then just got KP on boot. Administrators Hervé Posted March 12, 2013 Administrators Share Posted March 12, 2013 I'd re-download a fresh copy of the EDP package. When running it, if prompted to choose your type of installation, choose the full install, not the update. Then do a new system build in EDP.
