dklane
Is there an extension to enable the pointer-stick on Dell Dxxx devices? The track pad is sufficient but I have grown accustomed to using the pointer-stick.
Administrators Hervé Posted July 6, 2013 Administrators Share Posted July 6, 2013 Try the various PS2 kextpacks available in EDP. If you find one that works ok for the blue pointer-stick, report back.

dklane
Switching from the D430 default of "PS2 kext: NAV/Slice Merged" to "PS2 ext: Apple's PS2controller" did the trick. I gained trackpoint control but lost side/bottom scroll. That is acceptable because I am accustomed to the blue trackpoint nub.
dklane
Thanks for the replies and sharing these EDP tools. Running OSX on my D430 is wonderful.
