Moderators Jake Lo Posted March 7, 2014 Moderators Share Posted March 7, 2014 I can't click save for some reason... Is it possible to have sleep and battery indicator working on my system? Do you have smbios.plist in Extra? You can try AppleSmartBatteryManager.kext from any of my boot pack below, but you'll probably need to get a patched DSDT/SSDT to get sleep working. Try SleepEnabler and see if that works.
HertzPL
I don't have that file in extra. Sleep still doesn't work and battery indicator comes up only on locksreen showing an "x" inside of the battery icon. When i log in, it disappears. I've also noticed that audio quality is extremely crappy and when i go above 3/4 of volume slider I get massive squeal...
HertzPL
Can I update the osx to 10.9.2 without any hassle?
npjohnson
10.9.2 will 90% surely blow up audio. For battery try jake los idea or google voodoobattery. Sleep I am unsure of though.

npjohnson
You can click save as and then rename it to smbios and drop it in extra. Just google the driver for the dongle.
npjohnson
The default osx driver for it should work.
