ericgla
Thanks to the forums I've been able to get everything working correctly on my Thinkpad T430. When I was at 10.9.3 the Broadcom bluetooth adapter was working, but after the upgrade to 10.9.4 I can no longer get it working. Following an article elsewhere on the forum I added the following entry in Info.plist in BroadcomUSBBluetoothHCIController.kext (which is contained in the Plugins folder of IOBluetoothFamily.kext) Taking the ProductID and Vendor from System Information: I'm stumped why this isn't working. Does anyone else with a T430 have the Broadcom internal bluetooth adapter working? --Eric
Administrators Hervé Posted August 2, 2014 Administrators Share Posted August 2, 2014 Usually, you need to patch the Bluetooth kext of the running OS X version, not carry a patched kext from a previous version. Well, that's the behaviour I've noticed since ML for all my DW350/DW360 edits.

ericgla
The Bluetooth firmware uploader did the trick! Thank you so much for posting this, and a donation has been made to Dinesh for his fine work. --Eric
