Place this in /Library/Extensions. Run this in terminal

      sudo chmod -Rf 755 /L*/E*

      sudo chown -Rf 0:0 /L*/E*
      sudo touch -f /L*/E*
      sudo chmod -Rf 755 /S*/L*/E*
      sudo chown -Rf 0:0 /S*/L*/E*
      sudo touch -f /S*/L*/E*
      sudo kextcache -Boot -U /

Place the output of the commands above here to verify if you have successfully ran them.

Update:

The problem was due to my audio drivers. Still had an outdated. Thanks Jake Lo now everything works. The thread can be marked as solved. Perhaps equally renamed "General error update to El Capitan" or so. Many many thanks Jake Lo. ^^

A small question I have and that which wireless card can I install? Intel is not supported.
