Viez
Hello guysI need some help with my hack on DELL. Now I'm trying to install macOS Sierra and I have a problems with AppleHDA IDT. On El Capitan driver was working, but on Sierra it doesn't work.I have patch kernel in config.plist: (clover)find (hex). replace (hex)1. AppleHDA 8B19D411. DF761D11. AppleHDA IDT 76DF #12. AppleHDA 8419D411. 00000000. AppleHDA IDT 76DF #23. AppleHDA 8319D411. 00000000. AppleHDA IDT 76DF #3Please help

Viez
THX very much, sound are working, via jack and on the speakers, and it s louder. Internal mic also. I have found 1 issue. When I plug in headphones with mic (3 ring on the jack), I don t have sound, but mic are working well. It s better to use AppleHDA IDT.kext from EFI Pack or from El Capitan update 10.11.4.? Moderators Jake Lo Posted October 5, 2016 Moderators Share Posted October 5, 2016 issue is supposed to be fixed in 10.12.1 dp3 for the fn keys, not sure about cap locks. For cap locks, tab twice to lock and twice to unlock. Not sure about the KP CPU, if you're using an old SSDT.aml, you might want to generate a new one in Sierra. Moderators Jake Lo Posted October 5, 2016 Moderators Share Posted October 5, 2016 re run the script and then copy it to /EFI/Clover/ACPI/patched The audio auto switch should work, but not consistent. Try repairing cache.

Moderators Jake Lo Posted October 5, 2016 Moderators Share Posted October 5, 2016 so system is complaining that it was not shutdown properly even though it is... Try booting to both El Capitan and Sierra and shutdown properly on both and see if the error goes away
