Follow my Clover guide to make the installer and use the E7x70 bootpack leaving out the DSDT/SSDT and changing the DROPOEM SSDT to NO. That should get the Install to boot your system, Hit F4 to extract raw file, continue with the installation. Post progress afterward for further assistance. You'll need cache to be working in order for this hot patch to work or you could manually patch the kext.
