tatedominick
Thanks for responding back to my post and this did fix the issue that I was having. I can hold down the function key and adjust the volume. The only issue I am having now is the ability to adjust the brightness. It is non exist in the settings. I am thinking this requires a SSDT patch? Note: The solution was the one given by Jake Lo.
Moderators Jake Lo Posted January 1, 2017 Moderators Share Posted January 1, 2017 Hmm, did you patch your own DSDT/SSDT? I don't see the Device PNLF. Just add it to your DSDT.
tatedominick
No; I didn't patch my own DSDT/SSDT. I tried multiple times to fix my DSDT, but I keep getting errors. I uploaded the .dsl if anybody wants to fix the errors. I'll try again later tonight. DSL Files.zip
