From 10.11.4, the traditional version caused KP. Ok with Dr Hurt's recent versions. Hi admin, After replace the voodooPSController with Dr Hurt's kext, now i can boot to usb installer. I am very apprreciated. This problem took me about 8 hours for researching yesterday.
