"Extra" Folder for M4600 Setup for OS X Mavericks Setup

I tried using your extra files with the myHack install and was unable to get the system to load the installer. The system would freeze to a black screen and never come back. Any ideas? -
I followed these directions with a fresh maverick install and the setup went by without a hitch. I have several of these at work we can convert over to OSX now!
