Jake thanks for the suggestions. What do you mean by new patch i.e. the one for Wifi clover? Just updated to 10.10.3 and during the verbose mode - error came unsupported CPU! Lost graphics now system only shows 8 MB only. BCM4352 bluetooth and Wifi is working OK.

Folks, I need some help in sorting out following issues. Issues appeared since 10.10.2 updates: 1. Cannot shutdown OS X Latitude. 2. unable to see 5 GHz networks (clover patch is in place) used to work before 10.10.2. 3. and sound does not after sleep or if booting without verbose mode. Thanks for your advice.

Jake et al. Today I reinstalled the Yosemite and somehow My WiFi and Bluetooth (BCM4352 with Bluetooth) is not getting detected. It never happened before. It is working fine in Windows and 10.9.3. EFI/Clover/ - kext do contain WiFi Injector (both 10.9 and 10.10) Applied the patch as suggested in the Clover Guide. Please attached EFIzip, IOREG, and An image showing DCPI PCI list. Thanks Jake it did resolved the issue partially. Still there is no noise from the speakers although headphone works. Also I have experienced white noise after awaking from sleep. I also need to understand the role of patching FB. jake - is it possible to add a dsdt patch for sound so that there no need of an additional kext. So far All other options have unable to give a sound through front speakers or I get a white noise.

girardpallet: Do the Step 14 first and then follow Step 13. For Sound install the kext mentioned in end of the Step 13. So far I am unable to get the front speakers working with this kext. I have not tried Voodo yet. For camera - I believe once the EFI created and patched DSST is placed at the correction location things ll work out. Good luck,

Hello Folks, I am trying to install Yosemite on my E7740 i7 4600U 1920X1080. The system boots fines with the USB drive however as soon as install screen appears and the whole screen become garbled and very difficult to navigate. Please have a look at the attached file. Any help will be greatly appreciated (it happened during the beta versions too, but I gave up as i waited for the final release). System works very well with Mavericks.

NextVision -thanks for the tip. I just grabbed the SSDT from the link you have provided. All is working as before. My machine crashes after it resumes from sleep (lis close)! is it normal with your machine as well. It was crashing irrespective which SSDT i choose. Thanks for the insight...

I reInstalled 10.9.2 on i7 and 1920x1080. Need help in controlling the brightness and there is no sound through the speakers ( aware the headphones ll have white noise). None of the USBs are working after the final boot. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have an E7440 with Intel Core i5 [email protected] and Intel graphics. The system works well when not docked on a docking station (DVI connection) (Dell E-Port Plus Replicator). When I place the system on the Docking station and boot into Verbose mode the system sticks at VW swap subsystem is on. The E7440 has two SSDs 1. 2.5" with OSX 10.9.2 and 2. with Windows 8.1. Please suggest any troubleshoot ideas. Thanks. PS: I have another Dell Latitude E6330 and it works well on the docking station.

Hello OSXLATITUDE folks, I have just sent an email regarding the Dell E6330 support for DSDT/SSDT patch. The system comes with a Mobile DualCore Intel Core i7-3520M, 3400 MHz (34 x 100) and HD4000 graphic card. I have already tried installing using the DSDT/SSDT patch from E6430 model but had limited success. It will be a sponsored project. Thank you very much for your help.
