did you replace the Extra folder in the D630 folder (on the USB-Stick) before Installation with your own Extra folder? the myhack.kext in /System/Library/Extensions is for a D630, maybe you should delete it? (on the USB-Stick before Installation, or on your installation disk - if you have it already installed)
