acquarius.13
Hi everybody, as the subject of this topic I ask you if you have the same issue. In high sierra (now I'm on 10.13.15) I have to apply sleep/wake commands to prevent hibernation at each reboot. So each time I have to apply: sudo pmset hibernatemode 0 sudo rm f /var/vm/sleepimage sudo pmset hibernatefile /dev/null Do you have some similar issues? Were you able to solve? Thank you in advance Marco
Administrators Hervé Posted June 12, 2018 Administrators Share Posted June 12, 2018 Consult the built-in manual pages if you need information on the pmset command: man pmset

acquarius.13
Hi everybody, I applied all the suggestions about Hervé's tutorial on pmset but, nevertheless, sleep/wake is not properly working after reboot. I attach here what I see using pmset -g after each reboot. Is there any solution, apart running the commands at each startup? Thanks a lot Marco
Moderators Jake Lo Posted June 13, 2018 Moderators Share Posted June 13, 2018 what's the issue? The settings are correct. Is sleeping not working? Did you repair permissions and rebuild cache after the update?
acquarius.13
Yes, sure. I always repair permissions after each update. I can try it again but I can confirm you that sleep is not working correctly if I don't apply pmset commands after each boot.
Administrators Hervé Posted June 14, 2018 Administrators Share Posted June 14, 2018 Anything set in nvram that would overwrite the settings?
acquarius.13
Is it because I keep mounted the EFI partition? I attach you here my config.plist and nvram.plist files.

acquarius.13
Hi Jake, I applied all your suggestions, adding the execution of pmset commands and permission repairing but, unfortunately, no way.
