Guest
I Installed Clover_v2.4k_r4622 on my USB Drive, Install for UEFI Booting Only. Install Clover in the ESP. Drivers64UEFI HFSPlus. afps. AptioMemoryFix-64. AfpsDriverLoader-64. Used the EFI You provided, replaced in the root of clover. Used the bootpack you provided, pasted in clover. I'm still getting this error, same as before. What am I doing wrong?
Moderators Jake Lo Posted July 29, 2018 Moderators Share Posted July 29, 2018 Try going into Options when you see the Clover loader, use the right arrow to navigate Select ACPI patching-> Tables Dropping-> Go all the way down and deselect Drop all OEM SSDT Check all the Drop "SSDT-xx" below that Select Return Change DSDT name: BIOS.aml or anything other than DSDT.aml Select Return, Return Hit spacebar to select Verbose mode + debug 0x100 mode

But what I noticed was that the Screen was really Dim as compared to before and I can not change the brightness now when it booted. I can't see the battery icon as well in the task bar. So now its booting from usb only, how do I fix the internal EFI as well? And are there any other fixes needed to make this Stable? I cant generate debug file the Clover of the system wont work. Thank You

Moderators Jake Lo Posted August 1, 2018 Moderators Share Posted August 1, 2018 Means issue with patched DSDT/SSDT. Check that /EFI/Clover/ACPI/Origin is empty Reboot to Clover, at GUI, press F4 Now compress and attach the Origin folder here for patching What version of BIOS you're running now? Guest
I made the changes to the USB Installer Clover, it booted without me doing all the Untick/Select thing in ACPI, but now the Audio/Brightness still dont work. Like the screen is bright now but doesnt work, like cant be changed. Same for audio.
