Moderators Jake Lo Posted August 5, 2018 Moderators Share Posted August 5, 2018 High Sierra takes a couple of reboots to complete. After reboot, select "Install MacOS from MAC"

Moderators Jake Lo Posted August 6, 2018 Moderators Share Posted August 6, 2018 Is there option in the BIOS to disable the Nvidia card? If not, then will need to be disable via DSDT patching. Boot to Clover, press F4 Continue to OSX Compress and attach Clover folder What audio Codec does it have?

Moderators Jake Lo Posted August 6, 2018 Moderators Share Posted August 6, 2018 for audio, try AppleALC.kext + Lilu.kext with layout-id = 20, 27 or 28. Try them all
Administrators Hervé Posted August 6, 2018 Administrators Share Posted August 6, 2018 -> Moved from FAQ to the correct Support section... If you install VoodooHDA + AppleHDADisabler kexts, you should then see details of your Codec in DPCIManager app. Battery monitoring needs, at least, Rehabman's ACPIBatteryManager kext. NB: Do think of resizing your pictures before you attach them because 3000+ x 2000+ is not exactly suitable. Reduce to something like 800x600 or 1024x768. That's usually more than enough.
Atomius Tech
For the audio, have you already checked Preferences → Sound, and selected the proper input/output devices?
