theandrewgordon
Does someone have the 9020 EFI folder I could have? I would love to try to get my screen working right.
Moderators Jake Lo Posted December 18, 2018 Moderators Share Posted December 18, 2018 Generic EFI + Bootpack goes into /EFI/Clover = Complete EFI for 9020 If you have the tower version, replace USBPortx.kext and SMBIOS to iMac14,1 or change info.plist inside USBPort kext to iMac15,

Moderators Jake Lo Posted December 19, 2018 Moderators Share Posted December 19, 2018 Don't need DSDT.aml, remove it. In /EFI/Clover/drivers64UEF, remove these OsxAptioFix3Drv-64.efi apfs.efi
theandrewgordon
Ok, I removed the DSDT and the 2 drivers. Regarding my original issue, its the same. I am not sure if there is a clover setting that I am missing? The screen is tearing on boot. If I hit power for a second it suspends or something but then if I hit power again it wakes up without tears... but If it goes asleep again, there is no backlight... does this make sense? Thank you again.!!
