Moderators Jake Lo Posted October 10, 2019 Moderators Share Posted October 10, 2019 Hmmm, that's great news. Out of curiosity, I compared the files. The only thing that sticks out is SSDT-I2C.aml. If you don't mind, replace your files and only replace SSDT-I2C.aml, see if that is the fix.
evy0311
I’ll try that here in a few. one question I have is for some reason the HDMI port on the back of the laptop doesn’t work, and neither does the HDMI port on my del docking station when I plug the dock in. How can I enable the HDMI port (at least on the laptop) to work? Thanks so much
Moderators Jake Lo Posted October 10, 2019 Moderators Share Posted October 10, 2019 Connect the HDMI to the laptop Launch IORegistryExplorer.app Save it Compress it with the Config.plist file you're using
Babon
Jake, I have the same issue. DisplayPort over type-с is working well, but HDMI not. I attached the IORegistry info with my Config.plist file To activate HDMI connection I should click Fn+F8 before the MacOs entered the graphic mode. When I click this key combination I see the black screen on laptop and on HDMI connected monitor. DisplayPort monitor is working well at this time. When I click the Fn+F8 after Mac Os is fully laded nothing happened. Archive.zip
Moderators Jake Lo Posted November 11, 2019 Moderators Share Posted November 11, 2019 Fn+F8 is for Windows only, should have ill effect on MacOS. Attached Ioreg file had HDMI monitor connected?
Babon
Yes, with HDMI connected. If I connect HDMI on loaded MacOs nothing happened on connected monitor (no signal)

Babon
I tried. When I connected HDMI cable, the laptop screen become to black for about 1 second and at the same time monitor blink once and go to "no signal" state. And after this laptop monitor return to normal state.
