ssprod
And did you unplug/replug the main battery? Herve, yes. It looks like I'll need to replace the mobo. That said, will ANY D620/intelGPU based mobo work with my C2DUO CPU? Having difficulty identifying the actual part number of this board. Thanks! ssprod

ssprod
check these links for what the flashing means http://www.bay-wolf....rtpostcodes.htm and http://support.dell....g=en&l=en&s=gen Thanks again, I suspect that my mobo needs to be replaced. I see lots on the bay with the model XD299. Is this what I'm after for an intel/C2DUO setup? Kind Regards
Administrators Hervé Posted August 8, 2012 Administrators Share Posted August 8, 2012 If your existing C2D CPU is off a D620, yes it will work in any D620 mobo. All D620 support C2D CPUs, as long as they're Socket M and FSB 667. Socket P is a no-go.
