PhantomGhostX
Do I just replace the oc file in efi\oc with the one that is provided here?
Moderators Jake Lo Posted November 21, 2022 Moderators Share Posted November 21, 2022 Replace the whole EFI folder or at least Boot and OC folders into the EFI folder because the files must be from the same version of OC. You can't have Boot folder from a difference version of OC

PhantomGhostX
I know that the 7490 only has one m.2 slot but is there a way to dual boot windows and monterey together?
Moderators Jake Lo Posted November 21, 2022 Moderators Share Posted November 21, 2022 Yes, partition the drive, make sure it's formatted to GUID require for Mac, Windows will also run in GUID. You can choose which os to boot from the OC picker.

Moderators Jake Lo Posted November 22, 2022 Moderators Share Posted November 22, 2022 ignore the MacOSX folder, that's create when files are accessed from Windows. Use the EFI folder
