ssprod
Greetings.. muchos complementos to a beautifully designed site. Boyz you've come a long way! Problem, I decided to wipe my good ol' D630 Nvidia clean and do a new install. 10.8.3 Retail with MyHack as per method described in this forum. Upon completion, when I reboot with USB, install EDP, let it do it's thing.... The system will NOT boot on it's own. I must boot from the USB. What am I doing incorrectly? Thanks so much, and keep up this great work!! ssprod
Administrators Hervé Posted May 6, 2013 Administrators Share Posted May 6, 2013 Just install or re-install Chameleon to your ML partition/HDD.
ssprod
Thanks for your reply Herve... Do I do that thru EDP, can't seem to find that. Otherwise, what is the latest working version? Many Thanks. Steve
Moderators Jake Lo Posted May 6, 2013 Moderators Share Posted May 6, 2013 You can install it using myHack.app. You can then upgrade to latest version v2.2svn r2203 using Chameleon.
Administrators Hervé Posted May 6, 2013 Administrators Share Posted May 6, 2013 Yep, do as JakeLo recommends, EDP no longer offers to download Chameleon application package. Use Chameleon Wizard to update afterwards (through 'installation' tab). You'll see a list of various versions you can update to. My D630 nVidia runs r2189 without issues. I've not tested more recent releases.
