Sound is working! I don't know why, but it's working now. Perhaps just a restart was needed.
C.lewander
Super nice guide! But I need some help here! It´s so strange: I can reach yosemiteinstaller without ACHI enable in BIOS (dont see my SSD hdd) . So when ACHI is enable I get stuck at "Waiting for DSMOS" and nothing happens. My specs: Model: DELL LATITUDE E6420 Intel Core i5 (2nd Gen) 2520M / 2.5 GHz Intel HD Graphics 3000 Scren: 1600 x 900 px 128 GB ssd SOLVED ---> I did some own adjustments in Clover: Instead of following the guide I chose: install bootOss in MBR CloverEfi 64bit sata Chose all the 64bit drivers Did not choose one of the 64bit Uefi-drivers With these adjustments I reached the Yosemite-installer with AHCI enable. BIG NOTE: It seems that I needed to reconfig BIOS EVERY TIME(1. load default, 2. change the sata-config to ACH) to be able to reach the installer. If I did'nt that Clover would launch in a low-res-mode and the boot would be stuck at "Waiting for DSMOS.
Moderators Jake Lo Posted December 30, 2015 Moderators Share Posted December 30, 2015 Make sure Apple RTC is enabled in the Config file. Perhaps refreshing your BIOS.
C.lewander
Yes you´re right! I have A09 hahaha. maybe thats why.. Beside this, i got the system running.. thou it would like some driver-adjustments. So I downloaded the EDP-software and totally reconfigure my kexts-libary, using E6220´s files. When I rebooted, I coun´t login because the trackpad and keyboard didn´t work. Now I´m currently reinstalling yosemite to try again! Never give up! Thank you for your help! Moderators Jake Lo Posted December 31, 2015 Moderators Share Posted December 31, 2015 No need to reinstall, just restore your Voodoops2controller.
