Moderators Jake Lo Posted August 13, 2015 Moderators Share Posted August 13, 2015 Your installer is corrupted or issue with your USB. Try booting from the USB 2.0 port.

Administrators Bronxteck Posted August 14, 2015 Administrators Share Posted August 14, 2015 what install methods are you using. if your making an installer of chameleon then maybe your not transferring the hidden binaries to your install media. Administrators Bronxteck Posted August 16, 2015 Administrators Share Posted August 16, 2015 then maybe what jake suggested is true the installer is corrupting for some reason. you can try using apples method then making the proper modifications to it after https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201372
