AICPUPM = AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement kext

NullCPUPM = NullCPUPowerManagement kext

Sandy Bridge and Ivy Bridge-based laptops require a patched AICPUPM kext to avoid KP at startup. Failing that, the NullCPUPM kext can be used until the patched kext is installed.

Patched versions of the Yosemite AICPUPM kext are available here.

You can remove the DropSSDT=Yes until you generate your own CPU-specific table.

Okay, I managed to fix the KP, fixed the loop, managed to install OSX, attempted to boot up from HDD and I was prompted with "Can't find /System/Library/Kernel/kernel".  Whenever I do manage to bypass that error, I get another KP when booting from HDD (attached).

Any ideas?

Thanks so far!
