Administrators Bronxteck Posted November 17, 2016 Administrators Share Posted November 17, 2016 you probably have the HDD setup as hybrid mbr thats why legacy functions. you have to install windows in UEFI mode
fwz.mhmd
That what i tried doing, install windows on uefi but i get this message "Windows cannot be installed to this disk. The selected disk has an MBR partition table. On EFI systems, Windows can only be installed to GPT disks."
Moderators Jake Lo Posted November 17, 2016 Moderators Share Posted November 17, 2016 Your OS X is install on UEFI with GUID format? Format the partition to be install with Windows with Extended Journal. For your Windows installer, just format the USB with fat32, then extract the ISO file to it. Boot with the Windows USB installer, select Customize. Search for the partition you have created, delete it, then format it. Then install Windows onto that partition. fwz.mhmd
That seemed to have worked. Thanks. How do i remove the timeout thats on the clover screen when i boot up.
Moderators Jake Lo Posted November 17, 2016 Moderators Share Posted November 17, 2016 You want to remove or make it shorter? If you remove it, you won't be able to select which OS to boot from. in Config file under boot, change timeout from whatever to
