nohi19
Hi Jake Lo, this is my first time for posting a debug file, I have read the instructions from the debug file post, I installed the script and using iTerm2 as my terminal the following message appears "IOREG dump failed. Retrying by increase delays ..." the script try to get the dump for third time without success, but then it generates a generic IOREG information. Is that the correct way to create a debug file or i am missing something? Thank you for your soon reply. debug_nohi19.zip

Now it's working but when pressing Fn+F11 for decrease and Fn+F12 for increment brightness on the keyboard stopped to work, before it was working partially but there wasn't control slide on System Preferences. I'm very thankful for your help, now I can read on the internet without straining my eyes
