For Sonoma, it's exactly the same as for Ventura which dropped official support for Haswell platforms; as such, no native support for Haswell graphics HD4400/4600. In addition, Sonoma dropped support for legacy Broadcom wireless cards. See our previous communications on these matters. I would expect there are existing threads about installing/running Ventura and/or Sonoma on Haswell laptops, whether Dell or otherwise.
