    No. I don't have it anymore. Maybe that it's because I used your bootback for A13 and then I removed it because previoous version worked better. Can I put backlight level info clover configurator (so into config.plist)? Because I remember about a field where to put the backlight level in clover configurator Inviato dal mio iPhone utilizzando Tapatalk

    Brightness starts again at the maximum level at reboot, but it is working. Before this bootpack, I had AppleBacklightInjector.kext in /L/E instead of having in EFI partition

    Hi everybody, actually I cannot say that continuity doesn't work because I don't really know how it works on a MacBook Pro or iMac. So by now my continuity seems to work following Jake Lo's guide + some arrangements used to make DW 1560 working with Sierra. I'm pretty much glad about my hackbook pro..so I will keep following this great forum and update with possible new issues. Thanks again everybody for your precious support!

    Hi everybody, after some days of forum black-out I can update the topic. Maybe it's a fault of my wi-fi: if I connect to an hotspot, location works. Bluetooth seems to work but I'm not able to make continuity work...

    Hi everybody. I've tried logging out form iCloud and logging in again. Logging out partly activate location services (maps works, siri not), while logging in deactivate again all the location services. So it was not so simple as I hoped

    Hi everybody, I apologize to write this post. I have a couple of problems: - location services don't work - bluetooth is working, but I suppose continuity/handoff is not working I'm under macOS Sierra 10.12.4, following the guide and lots of suggestions of Jake Lo. Can you please give me another hand? Thanks Marco

    Brightness works..but at every restart the brightness starts to the maximum level (it does not remember the last setting used). But it works..that it is better than before

    I did the DVMT mod with EFI shell so I don't have any more any reboot issue. Brightness works only with your config.plist file. Is that because you specified the ssdt-apf.aml inside? Because I suppose mine didn't have it. By the way, brightness now is working. I can try to mod my config.plist in order to return to the original one, but with working brightness

    I tried to replace the config.plist in my EFI partition with that one included in your zip and now it's working with the karabiner elements. I had to replace it because I modified SMBIOS (changing from MBAir of your file to a magic wand macbook pro..could be this a problem?) but this lead to continuous rebooting (making me booting only by USB installer). With this strange mod, brightness should work..even if I would have an SMBIOS much closer to e7450 hardware

    Before, with AppleBacklight.kext, there was the slider but no dim and brighten at all. In system profiler AppleBacklightInjector.kext is there, but ifI remeber correctly, it is not loaded. Right now neither F11 nor Fn+F11 (and F12) works for brightness..maybe because it seems I cannot vary any brightness at all

    I don't have the slider. I had it with AppleBacklight.kext but right now I don't have it at all

    One question: I performed SSDT generation through the ssdPrgenbeta.sh (or whatever it si named..I don't renember): should I replace my own ssdt.aml with the one you attached in the zip? Thanks

    I will retry to redo these steps that I already performed following this topic. I will redo using the attached file because I already did all the above steps. But thanls in any case Jake!

    As I supposed, this did not work for me, possibly because the AppleBacklightInjector.kext is still not loaded in system profiler

    I've tried to inject the AppleBacklightInjector.kext also to /S/L/E but no way. My system profiler says that the AppleBacklightInjector.kext is not loaded, but I don't know why. I can try to perform a hard shutdown with battery removal and see what happens..
