System preferences Trackpad , set your trackpad.

New EFI, in the Opencore GUI click the space bar, hidden options appear, click on resetNvram and restart to see if the keyboard works now. The EFI is with Opencore 0.8.2+ kext updated.

Ioreg is good, the trackpad is active, it should work. If you have problems with trackpad, check pref, system, trackpad.

Post new ioreg , to extract DSDT from the PC Bios download Maciasl, start it and save the DSDT, then post it here.

Problem: I need information, I can only analyze ioreg to see how to work in efi. Ioreg varies if the EFI changes. I also need your Dell's DSDT

Try to use USB keyboard \ mouse once the OS is installed we fix everything.

Probably the EFI settings are very similar, but the supplied HW changes, the problems you have with my EFI must be fixed later.

TB3 on Hack is not that simple, it seems the latest versions of TB3 perform better. I can pass you a TB3 SSDT, but with this I have always had problems if I send the PC to sleep \ wake. I don't know your Dell specs, need your TB3 make model, try this in EFI .

the old port mapping is likely to interfere with the final result

The efi of the USB has to be the best obtained, so in the future if you need an emergency boot use the EFI one

My EFI is made with OC 0.8.1, if you opened the config with an app other than ocauxilarytools you have surely polluted the configplist, integrating deleted parts in OC 0.8.1, the error is due to this

To improve sleep you need to do the USB port mapping, you can do it with Hackintool
