  1. If you're using my latest bootpack, VoodooPS2ControllerR6 (Alps) is the latest version from Dr. Hurt. I have not encounter such issue. Perhaps you could install it to /L/E and have it cached. Just make sure you don't have more than 1 PS2Controller in the system. Check /EFI/Clover/kexts/Other, /L/E, and /S/L/E. /EFI/Clover/kexts/10.12 as well if you have it.
  2. Just to confirm, you're able to sleep with LID close and through the Apple Menu? Wake okay opening LID or tapping the power button?
  3. Rename which SSDT to what? Bootpack only include SSDT-PNLF which should stay as that. It's for brightness control.
  4. 1:30AM here for me. I should be off to bed!
  5. Try replacing the /EFI/Clover/ACPI/Patched/DSDT.aml with this one. DSDT.aml.zip
  6. how long did you let it goes to sleep when you close the LID? The power light ever goes to blinking stage?
  7. Ok, give this a try Bootpack now included: kexts and Config from E6220 Remove IntelMausiEthernet and add BCM5722D because the E5520 has a Broadcom card, not Intel Repatched E5520 DSDT with same patches used in E6220 Thanks for testing this...
  8. Have you tried this? 11. Make sure to disable hibernation as it's a prerequisite to get sleep & wake to work Ok on a Hackintosh: sudo pmset hibernatemode 0 sudo rm -f /var/vm/sleepimage sudo pmset hibernatefile /dev/null
  9. that's normal. Can you try selecting sleep from the Apple Menu bar?
  10. run this in the terminal. post output here log show --style syslog | fgrep "Wake reason"
  11. Boot to Clover gui, hit F4 and send me the origin folder. I'll patch it for you to test with the E5520 kexts and config files
  12. Use the generic Clover guide. The boot files are posted in post#2 Use the Sierra bootpack for E7440_A20 under Haswell if you're installing Sierra 10.12.5. They are the same system except E7240 is a smaller version. Read through the guide thoroughly a couple of times before trying. Post any issue or question when you get stuck.
  13. Remove ApplePS2Controller.kext or VoodooPS2Controller. keep one, not both
  14. Use this one. I removed the dual link patch in the DSDT, now you could easily enable or disable it in the Clover Config file DSDT.zip
  15. Ok, looks like you're using an old bootpack from your old post, but at least it gets you this far. Remove VoodooPS2Controller.kext and replace with the one I posted more recently VoodooPS2ControllerR6.kext
  16. I removed some of your attachments. Give it a try now
  17. Why don't you try using the Config.plist from the E6220, but keep the rest of the files of E5520 and see if it boots. You might have to enable dual link in the E6220 config file if you have resolution of 1600x900 and up.
  18. Disable Wake on LAN/WLAN/WWAN/Bluetooth in the BIOS
  19. it's been a while, but there's new development of kexts that hopefully might help lilu.kext IntelGraphicsDVMTFixup.kext IntelGraphicsFixup
  20. yes, copy all need files and apps. It will not affect the installer
  21. Saids 1 partition unless you're following some other guide 1: Prepare Bootable USB Drive This step extracts the OS X Installer contents, then installs Clover bootloader to the USB stick. 1. Insert the USB drive on a running OS X system 2. Open /Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility 3. Highlight the USB drive in left column 4. Click on the Partition tab 5. Click Current and choose 1 Partition 6. Click Options... 7. Choose GUID Partition Table 8. Under Name: type USB (You can rename it later)
  22. No it's not. Copy again. Don't forget the BaseSystem.dmg file and BaseSystem.chunklist as well This is an 16GB USB drive, why did you partition it?
