  1. For future reference this link has always been accessible from the "Home" page: http://osx86.sojugarden.com/2009/10/how ... ootloader/
  2. You will need a camera device that is supported in the OS X UVC drivers. Alternately there was a project out there (that I forget the name of atm) that did extend some level of functionality to some non UVC devices. Since it's built in there probably isn't much you can do if it is not an opensource UVC compatible device. Have you tested the webcam in linux?
  3. myHack 2.0 can be run from any *intel* Mac running OS X 10.5+ - Snow Leopard/Lion are not a requirement, but intel is.
  4. You can also use a partition on your OS drive, care is required for this option but I've done it successfully in the past, in fact even now I have a Lion installer sitting on a partition on my main OS drive, it just makes things easier in case I break something and need a quick fix.
  5. We would need more information, including a screenshot of the kernel panic.

  7. Drives with 4K sectors won't work with the current chameleon installation methods or chameleon in general, you will need to use another device without 4K sectors to boot your system for now. I'd suggest (budget permitting) that you invest in an SSD for your OS drive and use the 2TB drives as storage for documents/multimedia. I use a 60GB OCZ Vertex 2 for my OS, as well as a 'failsafe' partition that contains a lion installation environment which is useful if i need to fix something but don't want to dig around for my usb stick (kind of like my own little recovery partition). I then have 2x 1TB drives in RAID1 for storage and multimedia, everything else is on my NAS.
