Why is that, why not the Kext/10.10 map like the other kext files? All other kext files like to work...

Thanks, but no result with Sound on ALC270 ;-( I use Clover, so i put both Kext in Clover\kext\10.10 Rest (Battery; Elantech Touchpad; Sleep, Processor P&C-States with Native power management; Fn Hotkeys) is working. Other suggestions? Thankx, Tebogo

Hello Sergeant! I have a slightly different laptop (Asus R510CA-XX187H (X550CA) than yours, but a lot of hardware is the same. Can you tell me how you got the ALC270 with The AppleHDA working and the battery. I tried your DSDT, but that won't work because I have not the same laptop I also tried the config.plist or parts of that and the different *.kext files but know result. So I think it will be a combination, so can you point me in the right direction? Same for the: USB3.0 HDMI Battery Elantech Touchpad Sleep, Processor P&C-States with Native power management Fn Hotkeys Rest is working fine Thanks in advance! Tebogo
