jean512
Hello,  First I want to thank every one to make my Hackintosh E7450 working in 1 hour. Now it's time to buy a wifi+bt card.  I know the recommended is the DW1560, but I wonder if anyone has tested the DW1820A which is marked as fully supported here https://osxlatitude.com/forums/topic/11138-inventory-of-supportedunsupported-wireless-cards-2-sierra-mojave/   The DW1820A is more than half the price of the DW1560...  Thank you if you have any informations.
Administrators Hervé Posted November 24, 2018 Administrators Share Posted November 24, 2018 I actually got one on order; 'should get it next week and then confirm whether it works or not. On paper, it's supported since based on BCM4350 chip which was fitted to 2015 MacBook8,1.

flexrac
if it does not work, I use a DW1830, it has dual band 2.4/5ghz
jblparisi
Wrong card, oops. I take it back. Â So the DW1830 is m.2 compatible if I am not wrong again.

Administrators Hervé Posted December 18, 2018 Administrators Share Posted December 18, 2018 @flexrac, if DW1830 is not M.2, I don't know what M.2 is...  @jean512, I have to re-install OS X/macOS on the Toshiba laptop that I have at home. Should be done over the week-end. I've already fitted the DW1820A in it.
