Administrators Hervé Posted December 6, 2021 Administrators Share Posted December 6, 2021 There was no need to downgrade BIOS if you were on A20 which is perfectly Ok to run with. The steps to follow are the same whether you use Clover or OpenCore. You may refer to the guides for previous versions if need be.
Amaleic
@Jake Lo Thank you! Re: SSDT-PM, it works. But how can i correctly change to Clover bootloader?
Moderators Jake Lo Posted December 6, 2021 Moderators Share Posted December 6, 2021 Follow the last post on that thread. Clover bootpack is also included. Just make sure to replace the SSDT-PM.aml with yours.

Amaleic
@Jake Lo, tell me how can I remove the running lines when loading? when I boot the old Catalina system I see creeping lines and not the apple logo. This happened after my attempts with the OS. I tried flashing the BIOS and resetting to factory settings.
Moderators Jake Lo Posted December 7, 2021 Moderators Share Posted December 7, 2021 Creeping lines?? You mean verbose mode? Remove -v from the boot-arg
Amaleic
@Jake Lo, it did not give an eeffect. It seems to me that this is due to attempts to install OpenCore

Administrators Hervé Posted December 7, 2021 Administrators Share Posted December 7, 2021 If you're running Clover, you may have NVRAM leftovers from OpenCore in which case, boot an OpenCore USB and reset NVRAM at the OC Picker. If you're running OpenCore, just reset NVRAM at OC Picker.
Amaleic
Installation stucks with clover. I was able to install and run Big Sur with the OC bootloader, and then install clover. First reboot was fine, bit second boot stucks. Now i can't install Big Sur with Clover.
