Aldo Tarquilio Posted October 20, 2016 Share Posted October 20, 2016 Hi, I have a Lenovo z50-70 that has Elan trackpad. I used it with El Capitan and now with sierra. With the "patch" from the beta I can use my fn keys but I have problems with caps lock, I know it is a known problem.... Now I have problem also with the trackpad.. Tapping with two finger on the trackpad I have no right press, but If I tap with three finger I have the right press... How can I repair it? syscl Posted October 26, 2016 Share Posted October 26, 2016 Dell Precision M3800/XPS 9530 with SmartTouchPad 4.6.5 on 10.12.1: All function keys(brightness up/down, volume up/down) work as except! The list doesn't include swedish / nordic ISO keyboard (and I've tried others, such as german, italian, etc., and all of them worked incorrectly with the back & forward gestures) Thanks! gujiangjiang Posted November 11, 2016 Share Posted November 11, 2016 i have found Touchpad prefpane missing fix in someone's kext. https://osxlatitude.com/index.php?/topic/8285-refined-alps-touchpad-driver/page-37 this is the topic and the kext and i test it with no Touchpad prefpane but my friends with ALPS had found prefpane like apple native. so i wander if our ELAN Touchpad can learned form him and solve the prefpane missing in 10.12.x.
