howoarang
Hi, thank you for your files I've tried them. The system seems to boot properly, but at the end I got black screen. How type of bootloader you used and what version please? thanks again
Moderators Jake Lo Posted May 19, 2015 Moderators Share Posted May 19, 2015 Reason could be that your Nvidia is not supported. thanhphongasd has Quadro 1000M.
Administrators Hervé Posted May 20, 2015 Administrators Share Posted May 20, 2015 Or the fact that Enable DualLink / Enable Backlight options are not selected...
howoarang
I've nVidia Quadro 2000M. Where I can enable DualLink or Backlight in Chameleon bootloader?
Moderators Jake Lo Posted May 22, 2015 Moderators Share Posted May 22, 2015 Use Chameleon Wizard v 4.4.1 and you'll see it under org.chameleon.boot.plist tab.
howoarang
Thanks, I've enabled it via Chameleon Wizard, but it seems to be working without it, if I use another DSDT.aml, where the Nvidia GPU section is patched.
thanhphongasd
Hi howoarang! Did you find the way for smooth boot? Im not sure about your issues but you can try by my exprience: Blackscreen: boot with flag: GraphicsEnabler=Yes, -f -x (good with my computer that using NVIDIA card) Note: You must ensure Disable "Optimus" Video in BIOS. Plz feedback if good for you

Administrators Hervé Posted July 22, 2015 Administrators Share Posted July 22, 2015 There is no dedicated kext for that card. The vanilla nVidia kexts will support it, possibly with a patch, but I don't think that's required. What's the GPU chip of your card?
