berkaius
berkaius Do you have your BIOS patched too (as mypearl_tw)? If yes, try to set KernelPm to false OR flash original unpatched BIOS. I have unpatched original Bios 208. And I flashed it with Asus USB Flash Tool. Should I try it with PMPATCH?
amokk
I have nothing to suggest. No idea. Anyhow I quit. OS X is not the thing I'm interested in. It's not for me. Good luck everyone.
pokenguyen
I have unpatched original Bios 208. And I flashed it with Asus USB Flash Tool. Should I try it with PMPATCH? Try using other FakeSMC, 5.3 to latest version, it may help.

Izoman
Ehm sorry but Atheros 9485 KEXT doesn't exist. If it did exist, I would've worked much harder on hackintosh because It would be worth it. But without it, you got no wifi/bt(barely works). And I hate using wifi dongle or changing original parts to make it work. I recommend checking this link, it seems they got it working on your laptop http://www.osx86.net/topic/15071-asus-s56cm/ Gratz Izoman
Tberdy
AR 9485 doesn't work, I've tried a lot a things. Finally, I replaced this card with the BCM4352 wifi ac + bluetooth 4.0. The card is easy to swap so no problems. Wifi works very well on OS X (airdrop, airplay....), Windows and linux (with wl driver). But I can't get bluetooth woking on all OS : bluetooth is simply not detected by the computer....
