spacebwoy
Hello people, I've installed Mavericks on my AB9-Pro with a PNY GT430, and all went well. The OS will start and work fine, but on reboot the AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement kext fails as no HPETs are available. If I boot to my 10.6.8 drive and run the multifail system utils to update caches and repair permissions it will boot again, but only once. Anyone having similar problems or found a fix? spacebwoy
No, I'll give it a go, just wondered why it seems to revert on reboot.
Administrators Bronxteck Posted November 23, 2013 Administrators Share Posted November 23, 2013 not sure but we don't use TM's programs we use myHack. mixing methods causes issues. choose the method that suits your needs and stick with it. you also need nullcpu kext to get past that until you find a solution.
