Mavericks AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext fails on reboot

Hello people,

I've installed Mavericks on my AB9-Pro with a PNY GT430, and all went well.

The OS will start and work fine, but on reboot the AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement kext fails as no HPETs are available.

If I boot to my 10.6.8 drive and run the multifail system utils to update caches and repair permissions it will boot again, but only once.

Anyone having similar problems or found a fix?

Is the AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement patched?

And what version if it's patched?
